The jilet with sandbags weights
A good way to force the body to give higher performance than usual is to use a weighted jilet (25kg for example).
In the first half of an appropriate exercise (running, jumping, kicking, punching, dodging, hitting a moving target, etc.) we use the weight in the second half we get rid of the ballast.
In the second part of the execise we will have the immediate feeling of:
Being able to jump higher
Being able to bend faster
Being able to movefaster
Being able to stay in perfect balance
